Peugeot
Art On Cars
The Brief
For the launch of its all-electric new SUV model, the E-5008, Peugeot aimed to go beyond a traditional car showcase. The goal was to communicate the brand’s “journey to the future” vision through a lens of innovation and technology, positioning the car not merely as a cold machine, but as an inspiring aesthetic object.
The Insight
A car’s motion is essentially a flow of data that leaves invisible traces behind. We approached this flow with a single question: “Can a drive become a work of art?” We decided to visualize the silent power of the electric engine and its digital dialogue with the environment, transforming the E-5008 from a simple mode of transportation into a living digital canvas.
ICM Approach
We partnered with interdisciplinary pioneers of digital art: Erdal İnci, Ozan Türkkan, and Selçuk Artut. The artists interpreted the technological and adventurous spirit of the E-5008 from three distinct perspectives:
Erdal İnci: Transformed the rhythm of nature and the fluidity of the drive into a digital cycle.
Ozan Türkkan: Constructed the bond between machine and nature through light, utilizing AI and fractal structures.
Selçuk Artut: Transformed the concept of the journey into an abstract narrative derived from the linear data of the route.
These three unique works were projected onto the vehicle using “video mapping” technology at a special event in Galataport Istanbul, turning the E-5008 into a moving masterpiece for the audience.
